Enforced break.

MIKE CONWAY has been ruled out of racing for three months after breaking his leg in a huge crash on the final lap of the Indianapolis 500.

The Englishman's Dreyer and Reinbold Racing car was launched over the back of Ryan Hunter-Reay before smashing into the fencing and disintegrating as it rolled down the track upside down.

The ferocity of the impact was such that only the cockpit and front nose sections were left on the car.

The ex-GP2 driver also has back damage.
