Energas Acquires New Acreage in the Wind River Basin, Wyoming.

Energas Resources Inc. (OTCBB:EGSR) has finalized an agreement with Ceja Corporation on acreage in the Wind River Basin of Wyoming. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, Energas will earn a majority interest in 2,400 acres by drilling a test well to approximately 7,500 feet. Energas has also acquired an additional 720 acres adjoining the Cejas acreage and is initiating plans to drill on this 3,120 acre block.
