Enea AB (STO:ENEA.ST), a global vendor of Linux and Real-time operating system solutions including middleware, tools, protocols and services, on Tuesday reported net profit after tax of SEK63.2m, or EPS of SEK3.83, for the full year 2013.
This was an increase over net profit after tax of SEK53.6m, or EPS of SEK3.18, in the prior year.
For the fourth quarter of 2013, net profit after tax was SEK19.4m, or EPS of SEK1.18, an improvement over net profit after tax of SEK14.6m, or EPS of SEK0.88, in Q4 of the prior year.
For the whole year, net sales were SEK408.5m, a decline of 12.7% over net sales of SEK467.8m in the prior year. For the quarter, net sales amounted to SEK106.4m, a 13.2% decline as compared with SEK122.5m in Q4 of the prior year.
According to Enea, in 2013 it has earned more money than before and achieved an operating margin in excess of 20%.
