EncounterCare Solutions, Inc. Announces Intent to Acquire JMJ Technologies, Inc.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. -- Ronald W. Mills, Sr., CEO of EncounterCare Solutions, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ECSL), announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire JMJ Technologies, Inc.

JMJ Technologies is a leader in electronic health records (EHR) technology for physician offices. The company's product, the EncounterPro(R), has won 14 national awards for excellence and is now being used by over 900 physicians and mid-level providers with over 3 million patients. The EncounterPro(R) EHR design is radically different from its competitors. Its unique user interface, integrated Workflow Management System, screen presentation and touch technology make it the fastest, easiest to learn, easiest to implement and most cost-effective EHR on the market. Physician users of EncounterPro(R) have won the prestigious HIMSS Davies Award in 2003, 2004 and 2005.

Gregory D. Vacca, President of JMJ Technologies states, "The mission of JMJ has been to increase productivity, efficiency, and quality of care in the medical community by developing highly intuitive, state-of-the-art clinical information systems. The acquisition of JMJ by EncounterCare Solutions will better enable JMJ to fulfill its mission sooner and expand the markets and influence of its product and services."

"The JMJ Technologies' Electronic Medical Record is the preeminent EMR in the industry," stated Mr. Ronald R. Barnett, President/CEO of CyberMedx Medical Systems, a subsidiary of EncounterCare Solutions, Inc. Mr. Barnett added, "We are integrating this extraordinary EMR into both our homecare/alternate care and hospital division products. The homecare/alternate care division integrates the EMR into the Electronic Medical Data Exchange(TM) and into the Electronic House Call(TM) systems while the hospital division plans to integrate the EMR into the CyberStat(TM) patient data management system. This revolutionary integration in technology allows us to achieve our shared mission of a state-of-the-art clinical information system while establishing the new paradigm in patient data management."

Additionally, Mr. Mills states that, "This is the culmination of a five-year process that will add true value to the EncounterCare business model and particularly the CyberMedx Electronic Medical Data Exchange." The acquisition is expected to close within 30 days.
