 EnaTec SOFTWARE SYSTEMS STARTS OPERATIONS
 CUPERTINO, Calif., Feb. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- EnaTec Software Systems


Inc., a software technology company specializing in the emerging field of application enablers, has started operations in Cupertino.
 The company was founded in November 1991, by Constantin S. Delivanis and Vladimir Preysman, two executives in Silicon Valley.
 "EnaTec is ideally positioned to capture the major share of the application enabling market," said Delivanis, president and CEO of the 40-person operation. "The field of application enablers is wide open and we intend to lead it."
 Preysman, vice president of engineering, said: "EnaTec has assembled excellent software talent with substantial experience in product development and support. We are looking forward to introducing to the market some new and exciting products."
 EnaTec has signed a development agreement with IBM Corp., under which it will develop programming and documentation and provide maintenance and related services for the IBM PlantWorks(TM) line of products. PlantWorks is an IBM Program Product.
 Delivanis, 42, formerly was president and CEO of Measurex Automation Systems, Cupertino, which jointly developed PlantWorks with IBM.
 Preysman, 42, formerly was director of engineering of Measurex Automation Systems.
 EnaTec -- "ena" being the Greek word for the number "one" -- stands for Enabling Technologies. EnaTec will focus on the field of application-enabling technologies, the software that allows end-users to create applications without the complexity of software programming.
 EnaTec is located at 10411 Bubb Rd., Cupertino.
