Emley miss out.

AFC EMLEY will be hoping to get back on track against Yorkshire Amateur at the Welfare Ground on Tuesday after losing 2-1 at Albion Sports in the Northern Counties East Division I. Emley were made to pay for defensive slip-ups at the start of each half and their fightback was not enough to snatch a point for manager Darren Hepworth.

Tony Vento put Albion ahead early on and they extended their lead four minutes after the break through Joe Brown.

Emley suddenly found some form and pulled a goal back on 62 minutes.

It was scored by man of the match Dave Heagney, his fifth goal in six games.
