Emigrant Funding Corporation, a subsidiary of Emigrant Savings Bank, has announced the closing of seven loans totaling $1.402 million. These transactions included the refinancing of $250,000 for a four and one half-story walk up building consisting of eight residential units, located in NYC; acquisition financing of $87,000 for a three-story walk up building consisting of six residential units, located in Jersey City, NJ; the refinancing of $200,000 for a two-story, mixed-use walk up building consisting of two residential units and two commercial units, located in Guttenburg, NJ; the refinancing of $195,000 for a three-story walk up building consisting of 12 co-op units, located in Brooklyn, NY; the refinancing of $225,000 for a three-story walk up building consisting of six residential units, located in Brooklyn, NY; and acquisition financing for $325,000 for two structures: a two-story building consisting of one commercial unit and two greenhouses and a one-and-a-half-story single family house with two gar ages, located in New Hyde Park, NY.
