Emigrant Funding Corporation, a subsidiary of Emigrant Savings Bank, announces the closing of five loans totaling $930,000, including the refinancing of $175,000 for a single-story building consisting of one commercial unit located in the Town of Cortland (Westchester County), NY; acquisition financing for $255,000 for a four-story, walk-up building consisting of 16 residential units located in Hudson County, NJ; acquisition financing for $300,000 for a five-story walk-up consisting of seven cooperative units, located in the Gramercy Park section of Manhattan; acquisition financing for $100,000 for a three-story walk-up building consisting of six residential units located in the Rugby section of Brooklyn; and acquisition financing for $100,000 for a two-story walk-up building consisting of seven residential units and one commercial unit located in the Clifton section of Passaic, NJ.
