Emigrant Funding Corporation, a subsidiary of Emigrant Savings Bank, is pleased to announce the closing of five loans totaling nearly $1.155 million, including: the refinancing for $200,000 for a four-story walk-up building consisting of seven cooperative units located in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn; refinancing $90,000 for a three-story, mixed-use, walk-up building consisting of two residential units and one commercial unit located in the Sunset Park section of Brooklyn; refinancing for $499,999 for a seven-story mixed-use, walk-up building consisting of 19 residential units and one commercial unit in the East Village section of Manhattan; refinancing for $150,000 for a three-story walk-up building consisting of six residential units in the Sunset Park section of Brooklyn; and acquisition financing for $215,000 for a four-story walk-up building consisting of eight residential units in the Gowanus section of Brooklyn; and a two-story building consisting of three residential units in the Bath Beach sec tion of Brooklyn.
