* Acquisition financing for $250,000 for a three story, mixed use, non-elevatored building containing two Class A apartments and one commercial unit located in South Boston, MA.

* Refinancing for $125,000 for a two story, mixed use, non-elevatored building containing two Class A apartments and two commercial units located in Sea Cliff, NY.

* Acquisition financing for $402,500 for one commercial condominium unit located in Bronxville, NY. * Acquisition financing for $625,000 for a four story, non-elevatored building containing eight Class A apartments located in Brooklyn, NY.

* Refinancing for $400,000 for a three story, mixed use, non-elevatored building containing six Class A apartments and one commercial unit located in Brooklyn, NY.

* Acquisition financing for $500,000 for a three story mixed use, non-elevatored building containing eight Class A apartments and two commercial units located in Skippack, PA.

* Acquisition financing for $900,000 for a three story, mixed use, non-elevatored building containing four Class A apartments and three commercial units located in Portchester, NY.

* Refinancing for $387,500 for a two story mixed use, non-elevatored building containing two Class A apartments and one commercial unit located in Briarwood, NY.

* Acquisition financing for $500,000 for a three story, non-elevatored building containing six Class A apartments located in Brooklyn, NY.

* Refinancing for $1,100,000 for a three story, mixed use, non-elevatored building containing two Class A apartments and one commercial unit located in Brooklyn, NY.
