Embraer Announces Sale of Jets to Flybe.

Embraer (BOVESPA: EMBR3) (NYSE: ERJ), a Brazil-based manufacturer of commercial jets with up to 120 seats, has entered into a contract for the sale of aircraft to Flybe, a UK-based airline.
Flybe will acquire 35 EMBRAER 175 jets, worth USD1.3bn. The new EMBRAER 175 jets will be redesigned in a single-class layout with seating of up to 88 passengers. The first of the aircraft is expected to be delivered in the second half of 2011.
