Elsewhere in this issue we noted that Red Mango has not yet opened a store in its new headquarters city of Dallas. But the frozen yogurt chain is working actively to develop its presence in Texas as noted by its recent announcement of an agreement with Ramstin Enterprises in San Antonio to build six Red Mango stores in Central Texas, including Austin, Round Rock and Georgetown. The first location will open in early 2010 near the University of Texas campus.
