2.1. Inspection of the place of future realization of the planned building, getting acquainted with the processed documentation, checking the measurement and measuring the facts necessary for updating the PD on the spot (hereinafter also "PM")

from 01.10.2019 to 15.10.2019 14 days

2.2. Project documentation for construction proceedings including the provision of the document part (hereinafter also "DSP")

from 15.10.2019 to 13.01.2020 90 days

2.3. Documentation for construction, resp. for selection of contractor (hereinafter referred to as "PCB")

from 13.01.2020 to 13.03.2020 60 days

2.4. List of construction works, supplies and services with the bill of quantities (hereinafter also referred to as "SOUPIS")

from 13.03.2020 to 13.04.2020 31 days

2.5. Handling of Work Safety Principles within Processing of "PCB" (hereinafter referred to as "OSH")

from 15.10.2019 to 13.01.2020 90 days

2.6. Cooperation in the tender procedure for the construction contractor (hereinafter referred to as the SER)

from the commencement of the tender procedure to the construction contractor until the tender procedure is completed

3. Part 2 - author%s supervision

3.1. Performance of the author%s supervision in the scope of controls "PCB" and "SOUPIS" (hereinafter "AD")

from the commencement of the tender procedure to the contractor of the construction until the completion of construction

3.2. Processing of the actual construction documentation (hereinafter referred to as "DSPS")

from the start of construction to the expiry of the warranty period

4. Part 3 - Technical supervision

4.1. Execution of technical supervision of the builder within the scope of controls "PCB" and "SOUPIS" (hereinafter "TDS")

from the start of the tender procedure to the contractor of the construction until the completion of the construction

4.2. Exercise of Supervision in Settlement of Claims within the Warranty Period of Construction (hereinafter also referred to as SUPERVISION)

from the completion of the construction to the expiry of the warranty period
