Elegance spoiled.

The new Segaiya Plaza is a welcome addition to our neighbourhood until two finishing touches spoiled it:

The Victorian-style street lamps have been fitted with white light-bulbs so harsh they are blinding, thus marring the elegance of the twin Arab-style courtyards.

The ATM, which should be a boon to us, is inaccessible to anyone over 25; it is half a metre above ground level! How does one access it? However, the Plaza's clock-tower does add distinction to the district; it is already referred to as Segaiya Clock Tower.
