Electric walk-in oven.

The No. 976 is a 500[degrees]F (~260[degrees]C) electrically-heated jumbo walk-in oven, currently used for heating molds at a customer's facility. Workspace of this unit measures 13'w x 28'd x 7'6"h. The oven is heated by 360 kw installed in Incoloy sheathed tubular elements, while 49,000 cfm from two 20 hp recirculating blowers provide a combination airflow to the workload. This jumbo walk-in oven features 4" thick insulated walls, a removable top-mounted heat chamber, aluminized steel interior and exterior, door seals are eliminated and doors are equipped with drag seals, plus the unit was constructed to split into four sections for shipment to a customers' location. Oven controls on the No. 976 include a 13,500 cfm powered forced exhauster and other safety equipment required to handle up to two gallons of flammable solvent at 370[degrees]F (~188[degrees]C). Also onboard are a digital programming temperature controller, SCR power controller and motorized dampers on the intake and exhaust for accelerated cooling.
