Electra leases at Heron Tower.

Riverbank Realty company has announced that Electra, Inc. has signed a lease for the entire 25th floor of Heron Tower, located on East 55th Street near Madison Avenue, with an aggregate rental value of approximately $1.2 million.

This office will serve as the New York headquarters for London-based Electra Investment Trust P.L.C., minority equity investors in private companies.

Riverbank Realty's Senior Vice President Paul Glickman and Executive Vice President Mitti Liebershohn represented the owner and CB Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the tenant.

Heron Tower is represented exclusively by Riverbank Realty Company.
