Eimskipafelag Islands hf (ICE: EIM) announced on Friday that it aims to finalise a vessel building contract for two vessels.

These two vessels are expected to be delivered before the end of 2019.

It operates in the two segments of Liner Services and Forwarding Services. The company engages in the transportation of goods to and from Iceland, Norway, and the Faroe Islands through its service routes on the North Atlantic.
