Eight killed in tribal clashes in Sindh.

GOTKI, July 12, 2009 (Balochistan Times) -- At least eight people were killed in rival clashes between various tribes in different locations of Gotki on Sunday, police sources said.In Londyar area of Gotki some 18 armed men of Bozdar tribe shot dead two tribesmen, Ghulam Haider and Rajab Lond, of Lond Tribe after kidnapping them.To take revenge, armed members of Lond tribe attacked Bozdar tribe in Gaji Mines area of Khanpur Mehr during which two tribesmen Ismail Bozdar and Shahban Bozdar. Meanwhile, Solangi and Kosh Tribes who were in old enmity, exchanged fire after the armed men of Solangi Tribe kidnapped three tribesmen of Kosh tribe from Mirkosh and killed two of them.In return the Kosh Tribe kidnapped two tribesmen of Solangi Tribe from Sultan Machi and shot them both. The two tribes trade heavy fire and used heavy and automatic weapons against each. Kosh and Solangi Tribes became opponent after Kosh tribe shot dead the tribal elder of Solangi tribe Sardar Aslam Solangi some six months earlier. At least 36 persons have been killed from both during sides.Heavy police contingent have been called in to takeover the control however fire exchange between two tribes was underway till the report filed.
