Eichner Rudd Mgt. established as new firm.

Arthur Eichner, formerly principal of Eichner Management Associates, Ltd., has recently joined forces with Rudd Realty to create Eichner Rudd Management Associates, Ltd., a firm designed to provide residential property management services for cooperatives, condominiums and rental properties, announced Frederick J. Rudd and Arthur Eichner, principals of the newly-formed company. The new organization includes a collective portfolio 75 cooperative, condominium and rental buildings.

Eichner has been in the cooperative and condominium industry for over 30 years. He brings over 35 buildings to the new firm, many of which have been in his portfolio for over 20 years. Eichner holds a Certificate of Property Management (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Frederick J. Rudd has been principal of Rudd Realty since its founding in 1984. The recipient of the 1990 and 1991 Special Award for Excellence in Management from the Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York, Inc. The firm is also active in the management and leasing of retail space within residential and commercial buildings, which when managed properly can be highly profitable for the owner.
