Egypt's Prosecutor to Appeal Mubarak's Latest Release Order.

Summary: TEHRAN (FNA)- The Egyptian public prosecutor announced plans to appeal Saturday's court decision to cancel former President Hosni Mubarak's detention on charges of illegal gain.

It's the second cancellation of detention for Mubarak. Earlier this month a court ordered his release on charges of his alleged responsibility for the deaths of protesters during 2011 uprising, RT reported.

Having two of his detention orders cancelled Mubarak still remains in custody on other charges.

The 84-year-old was transferred from military hospital to prison early on Thursday, where he will await his next trial to take place on May 11.
