Effective poll in election will give change more legitimacy: PM.

SANA'A, Feb. 09 (Saba) - Prime Minister Mohammed Salem Basindwa said Thursday that the Yemenis' effective poll in the February 21 presidential election would give change more legitimacy.

During the graduation ceremony of 13 batch of Science College of Sana'a University, Basindwa said that the change is certainly coming, urging all Yemenis to take part in the election day.

"We must raise the ballot percentage, so no one can claim that he is the only person, whom the people want", the Premier said.

He stressed the importance of the transition to the modern civil state, where democracy, security, stability and prosperity prevail.

Basindwa asserted that the government will provide all support and help for the graduators, saying "we are capable to build our country faultlessly, if we love each other and work shoulder to shoulder. If we do not help ourselves, no one will do".
