Nigel Bruce Simmonds (40), the former editor of Singapore Tatler and Expat magazines appeared in court to face three additional charges of consumption of ecstasy, methamphetamines and possession of drug paraphernalia. He has not been asked to enter a plea. He faces up to ten years in prison.
