Edil Baisalov: Janysh Bakiev promised to surrender yesterday, but did not keep his promise.

After departure of the aircraft with Kurmanbek Bakiev, Janysh Bakiev promised to surrender to the law enforcement agencies on April 16 at 10.00 am, but he did not keep his promise, Edil Baisalov, Chief of the Interim Government Chair's Executive Office said at the press conference in Kabar national news agency today."The Interim Government urges him not to defend with women and civilians, not to escalate the situation, but to keep his word," Edil Baisalov said.Roza Otunbaeva appeared on the national television channel today in a move to explain the people of Kyrgyzstan why the decision was made to expel Kurmanbek Bakiev and said that the Interim Government did not hold any talks with him.
