Ed's the Mili for Lily; ViP.
QUESTION: What happened when Lily met my favourite Mili on Twitter? Answer: He got burned!
While I'd never say no to a proposition from dishy DAVE MILIBAND, pregnant LILY ALLEN showed what sort of Labour she prefers by knocking him back - and came out for his little brother ED, 40, instead.
She got into an exchange with Dave, 45, on the social networking site during which he asked Lil to join him at his favourite restaurant, er, curry franchise Masala Zone.
Thankfully the Labour Party heart-throb wasn't attempting to woo Lily but to join him at an event as part of his leadership bid.
Dad-of-two Dave confessed his favourite meal out in London was at the Camden branch of the cheapy chain but Lily accused him of saying it to get a free ruby.
But the switched-on MP, who's battling Ed to replace GORDON BROWN as Labour leader, took the chance to get her backing by inviting her there. He tweeted: "Come and join in."
Unlike me though Lily, 25, above, who's four months gone with her first kid, wasn't going to be bribed by a tall, handsome man offering a free chicken tikka. Instead she took a poppadom at him (sorry, couldn't resist!). She said: "Why did David Miliband cross the road? To get to the middle." She then told her 2.3 million followers to "Vote Ed."
The People has also come out for Ed, below, despite a few tantrums from yours truly (note from ed: "Doesn't "a few" mean not very many, Katie?) I'm refusing to toe the official line. Sorry Lily, there's only one Mili for me - you can keep the geeky one!
