The availability of the Wireless Ethernet Jack from Karo Technology, a wireless communication solutions provider, has been announced by EchoTech Wireless, a distributor of wireless connectivity solutions.

EchoTech Wireless said the WEJ-11g Wireless Ethernet Jack incorporates commercial-grade hardware and software features and is designed to fit in the same footprint as a standard Ethernet wall jack. It confirmed the device can be installed quickly and easily, helping to boost profits for professional integrators.

Karo Technology claimed the Wireless Ethernet Jack is an evolution of the commercial grade wireless access point. It said it offers a wired and wireless connection within a small package and will change how wireless Internet products are viewed by consumers, according to Unstrung.
