Echo Extends Option on Joint Venture for Bulls-Eye Property.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Echo Resources, Inc. (OTCBB:ECHR) announced today it has received a six (6) month extension to explore the target land "Bulls-Eye" a/k/a "Herbert Anomaly" with Madison Explorations Inc. (OTC:MDEX) ("Madison").

Madison has provided an extension to Echo Resources Inc., (Echo) to complete an initial phase of exploration on or before September 30, 2005.

The Bulls-Eye target is an intrusive body approximately 3 kilometers in diameter occurring within the Phanerozoic sediments to the east of Herbert, Saskatchewan. It was first identified with an aero magnetic survey by a gas exploration company. There are also kimberlite indicator minerals occurring only about 80 kilometers south of this anomaly.

Spring exploration on the Bulls-Eye target is in the planning stage.
