Eat in name of study.

Volunteers are needed to take part in a healthy eating research project.

The project, Changes in Eating With Time (CHEW-IT), is being carried out by the Human Nutrition Research Centre at Newcastle University.

They need people aged between 18 and 65 to keep a diet diary during the 16-week project.

Volunteers will be asked to complete diet diaries, questionnaires, provide a number of small blood samples and attend a focus discussion group.

Participants will be given feedback, including intakes of energy, fat, protein and carbohydrate, vitamins and minerals and how their diet compares with current guidelines.

Volunteers will receive a pounds 25 gift voucher.
