Eastridge announces leases.
The five tenants include:
*Chemical Bank, which signed a long-term lease for 22,974 square feet at 6 Corporate Park Drive in Westchester Corporate Park. Chemical will expand and relocate to newly built offices within the same building.
*Mitsubishi International has renewed its 7,066-square-foot lease at 701 Westchester Avenue in White Plains Office Park. Howard Greenberg of Austin Properties represented the tenant.
*Q.E.D., an electronics firm, renewed its 5,860-square-foot lease at 7 Corporate Park Drive in Westchester Corporate Park. Jay Ross of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
*Sacco & Umbrino, an accounting firm, has signed a long-term lease for 2,700 square feet in a relocation to 925 Westchester Avenue in Rockledge Center from 5 Corporate Park Drive in Westchester Corporate Park.
*Nojori Inc., a subsidiary of J and R Associates, a marketing firm, has extended its 1,400-square-foot lease at 6 Corporate Park Drive in Westchester Corporate, Park.
EastRidge Properties is a 2 million-square-foot portfolio of 18 buildings located in four Westchester County, New York, office parks: White Plains Office Park, Westchester Corporate Park, Rockledge Center and Purchase Park.
