Eastern Consolidated.

Eastern Consolidated is marketing a three-building apartment package at 216 & 218 East 36th Street, on the market for the first time in nearly five decades. The asking price is $6 million. Senior director Adelaide Polsinelli, associate director Robert Khodadadian and senior financial analyst Paul N. Nigido are leading the assignment. The buildings contain 20 rental apartments, including 14 rent-stabilized studios and 6 two-bedroom free-market units totaling 11,190 s/f. Current ownership has recently renovated the buildings' systems. There are over 7,500 s/f of unused air rights associated with the buildings, which may be used for a future development site or potential assemblage. The site is currently zoned for residential use.
