Eastern Consolidated named exclusive agent for sale.

Eastern Consolidated Properties, Inc. has been appointed the exclusive sales agent to handle the disposition of 260 West 39th Street. The marketing and sales program for the property will be under the direction of Brian Ezratty, senior vice president of Eastern Consolidated.

260 West 39th Street is a 155,000-square-foot loft building with five retail stores between Seventh and Eighth Avenues in the heart of the Garment Center. The property is 100 percent tenanted.

After a two-year foreclosure process, the owners have finally taken title to the property from Peter Sudarsky who had run into financial problems that were created by delays in a Midtown assemblage that he had pieced together and never developed.
