Eastern Consolidated Properties, Inc.

Eastern Consolidated Properties, Inc. announced the estate sale of 235 W. 15th St., 325 W. 13th St., 502 E. 89th St., 444 W. 46th St., and 475 Columbus Ave for a total of $9.2 million. The properties were sold in two transactions to two private investment groups.

The first transaction included 235 W. 15th St., a four-story apartment building; 325 W. 13th St., a five-story apartment building, and 502 E. 89th St., a five-store apartment building. The properties were sold for $1.4 million, $900,000, and $2.2 million, respectively.

The second transaction included 475 Columbus Ave., a five-story walk-up with a ground floor restaurant, and 444 W. 46th St., a five-story walk-up. The properties were sold for $3.25 million and $1.45 million.

Roberto Ortiz and Deborah Guttof negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller.
