Eamonn Holmes' column: Social cripple.

GLENN Hoddle. Sinner or sinned against?

Whatever he said or in whatever context he said it, I think we all get the gist.

Maybe they are sincerely held beliefs but then again so were Hitler's about the Jews.

They say God works in mysterious ways and, as Glenn believes in what goes about, comes about, it will come as no surprise to him to find out that he is now experiencing a disability he may not have banked on.

Glenn may have the use of his mind and limbs but he has nonetheless become a cripple because of his words.

A social cripple that is.
