 EXXON COMMENTS FOLLOWING MRS. RESO'S STATEMENT OF JUNE 16
 FLORHAM PARK, N.J., June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Jim Morakis, spokesman for Exxon Company, International, today confirmed what Pat Reso said to the news media asking for the safe return of her husband.
 Morakis said, "Exxon is fully dedicated to bringing about Mr. Reso's safe return and to avoid any unnecessary tragedy."
 Following is Patricia Reso's statement:
 "It has been seven weeks since my husband has disappeared. I wish to make it clear that my family and I and the officials at Exxon unconditionally want Sid back.
 "Since the time of his disappearance, Mother's Day has passed and our family has been greatly troubled. We desperately miss him and eagerly look forward to being reunited with him.
 "It is my hope and prayer that my husband join us for Father's Day this Sunday. Sid, please, if you can hear me, know that we love you, miss you and pray for you every day."
