 EXXON ANNOUNCES REWARD IN RESO CASE
 FLORHAM PARK, N.J., May 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Exxon Company,


International today announced that it will pay a substantial reward for information resulting in the safe return of its missing President, Sidney J. Reso. The company did not specify the amount of the reward.
 Reso has been missing from his residence in Morris Township, N.J., since the morning of Wednesday, April 29, 1992. Exxon said that the decision to offer a reward was made to solicit the public's assistance in Reso's disappearance.
 Personnel will be handling telephones on a 24-hour per day basis and all calls will be kept strictly confidential. The telephone numbers to call with any information on Reso's whereabouts are: 201-538-8237 and 201-538-8345.
 Reso is 57 years old, Caucasian, 5' 10" tall, weighs 180 pounds, has blue eyes and grey hair with red highlights.
