STEPHEN WARNOCK believes Liverpool's determination to make amends for last season's Champions League final loss could be the decisive factor in this year's showpiece.
Liverpool return to European club football's blue-riband match as they face Tottenham on Saturday, 12 months after losing to Real Madrid.
Jurgen Klopp's side also suffered defeat in the 2016 Europa League final and former Reds defender Warnock believes these experiences could fire up his old club in Madrid.
He said: "Liverpool's experience of having been in three European cup finals in three years will be key because they know what to expect in the build-up to the game. Liverpool have that advantage."
