PROCEDURE: Phase A - Add phase A materials in order to side vessel and
mix until uniform. Phase B - Combine phase B in formula order to main
vessel with continuous mixing. When uniform, add phase B to phase A
with continuous mixing. Powder will wet out and begin to bind together.
Transfer to final container. Note: A ribbon blender is suggested when
blending and incorporating powders and oils.

PROCEDURE: In vessel, solubilize all ingredients of phase A at room
temperature with mixing. Add phase B to phase A with continued mixing
until a homogeneous mixture is achieved. Adjust pH to 6.80-7.20 with
phase C.

PROCEDURE: Combine part A ingredients with medium speed propeller
mixing, slowly dispersing the carbomer and hydroxyethylcellulose, while
making sure to check for lumps before proceeding. Initiate heating to
45[degrees]C and maintain temperature until the water phase is
homogenous and free of lumps. In a side kettle, heat all contents of
part C to 75-80[degrees]C. When part A is at 45[degrees]C, slowly add
sodium silicate (USE PPE) to the batch and continue medium speed
propeller mixing until uniform. Viscosity might go up when adding the
sodium silicate because of the carbomer thickening but it will slowly
go down when adding the balance of the sodium silicate. The pH of the
system will climb to approximately 12. When uniform, qs and add 50%
citric acid aqueous solution to the batch to obtain a pH of 6.00-7.00.
Continue medium to high speed propeller mixing until uniform. A gradual
increase of viscosity is expected. Increase mixing speed as needed.
Continue heating the batch at 75-80[degrees]C. When parts A, B and C
are at 75-80[degrees]C and uniform, emulsify by transferring part AB
to a homogenizer and add part C to part AB slowly. Homogenize for 5-10
minutes or until uniform. When uniform, stop homogenizing and transfer
to side sweep mixing. Cool to room temperature. When the batch is at
50[degrees]C, add part D and continue side sweep mixing until uniform.
When at 40[degrees]C, add part E and continue side sweep mixing until
uniform. At room temperature, stop mixing and check specifications.
PROPERTIES: Appearance--Medium viscosity off-white emulsion, free of
foreign matter; Viscosity (TD@10RPM,1min): 150,000cps +/- 10%;
Stability--1 month at 50[degrees]C and 12 weeks RT, 40[degrees]C,
45oC and 5X - 24 hour freeze-thaw cycle.

PROCEDURE: Premix phase Al until clear. Premix phase A2 and A3. Add
phase A2 into Al under moderate shear at 500rpm for 10 minutes. 2.Add
phase A3 into phase A under moderate shear. Mix phase A until
homogenous for 5 minutes. Heat phase A to 75[degrees]C. 3.Prepare phase
B and heat to 75[degrees]C. Mix under moderate shear. 4.Add phase B to
phase A at 75[degrees]C with high shear at 1,500 rpm for 1 minute.
Homogenize the batch at 5,000rpm for 3 minutes at 75[degrees]C. 5.Mix
the batch with propeller blade, decrease the mixing speed to 500 rpm.
Cool down the batch to 40[degrees]C. Add phase C into the batch.
Continue to mix for 5 minutes. 6.At 25[degrees]C, adjust the pH to 7.0
by adding 20% citric acid in water into the batch.

PROCEDURE: Part A: Disperse Avalure Flex-6 polymer into the batch and
mix until a translucent homogeneous dispersion is obtained. Add
Carbopol Aqua SF-1 OS polymer and ingredient 4-11 of Part A
successively into the batch. Mix well between each addition. Part B: In
a separate vessel, add Schercemol NGDO ester and Glucate SS. Mix at
55-60[degrees]C until complete dissolution. Add Part B to Part A and
mix until uniform. Neutralize with sodium hydroxide (18%) to pH ~7. Mix
until uniform. Add Brighlette, Lumicease, and fragrance successively
into the main vessel and mix until uniform. PROPERTIES:
Appearance--Peach pearlized glossy cream; pH--6.8-7.3; Viscosity
(mPa*s) Brookfield RVT Viscosimeter (Brookfield AMETEK, Inc.) spindle
