           EXECUTIVE OFFICE CHANGES AT LORD CORPORATION
    BOSTON, Nov. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Lord Corporation's board of


directors today restructured the executive office of the corporation, the company said.
    In this new alignment, A. James Freeman was named interim chief executive officer and will remain as vice chairman of the board. He will report to the Executive Committee of the board.
    Donald M. Alstadt remains chairman of the board and a member of the Executive Committee.
    Robert E. Brooker Jr., has resigned as president and chief executive officer. The board of directors appreciates his many contributions. He will remain available to the corporation as a consultant.
    All officers, except the chairman of the corporation, will report to Freeman.
