EVault launches business continuity management practice.

EVault Inc, a data protection solutions company, launched on Tuesday (15 August) a new business continuity consulting management practice aimed at small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs).

According to the company, EVault's business continuity management practice consists of consultants who are certified business continuity professionals. Working with each company, EVault's consultants reportedly define requirements for business continuity programs by conducting workshops to identify important business functions and supporting IT applications and infrastructure, evaluating current recovery capabilities and identifying gaps. Then the consultants develop recovery strategies and business continuity plans to meet business requirements, and validate the plans, and finally, they work to ensure the program is maintained and updated as needed, the company claims.

No pricing details were disclosed.
