Oil and natural gas company EV Energy Partners LP (NASDAQ:EVEP) said on Friday that it has priced an additional USD200m in aggregate principal amount of its 8.0% senior notes due 2019.

This new offering was initiated by the company's subsidiary, EV Energy Finance Corp, under the indenture of its existing USD300m of 8.0% senior notes. The existing and the additional notes will be treated as a single class of debt securities.

The company stated the offering was increased from USD100m to USD200m aggregate principal amount.

Under an agreement, the price to investors will be 103.0% of the principal amount, plus accrued interest from 15 October 2011, for a yield to worst of 7.281% with respect to the additional notes, stated the company.

JP Morgan Securities LLC, RBC Capital Markets LLC, Wells Fargo Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc will act as joint book-running managers for the senior unsecured notes offering that is expected to close on 13 March 2012.
