EUREKA MANAGEMENT TEAM HELP ENTREPRENEURS ACHIEVE GOALS
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Aug. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Eureka Management Team has been formed to help private business owners, corporate executives and professionals work through issues of change and growth in both their business and personal lives, it was announced today.
"Though many management consulting firms, motivational and self- help organizations, and investment banking firms exist, we believe that Eureka is the first company to combine the best of each these disciplines to offer a comprehensive approach to guiding people through the discovery and realization of their life's goals," said Arthur D. Perrone Jr., Eureka chairman.
"The 1990's is the decade of change, bringing about more economic and lifestyle changes than any other decade in this century. As corporate America downsizes, many executives are left to re-evaluate their careers, priorities and futures. They are seeking lives that offer greater balance, happiness and personal fulfillment," Perrone explained.
"Many are considering gaining more control over their lives via business ownership. Those who already own businesses are seeking ways to respond to economic and personal changes impacting their companies. Others simply want to bring their lives in line with their values," he reported.
Eureka's services are directed at three primary groups: corporate executives who are unfulfilled and wanting to explore new options; private business owners looking to finance or grow their companies or make a personal transition; and professionals, including doctors, attorneys and accountants, disillusioned with their profession and desiring a change, according to Perrone.
"First step in the Eureka process is an executive self portrait in which our clients begin with an in-depth self appraisal which gives them a greater awareness of themselves and their priorities so they can make better decisions about where they want to go," Eureka's chief executive added.
"Using the self-portrait results, we help corporate executives and professionals determine entrepreneurial potential and match personal strengths and traits to the best type of business suited to them. We don't simply help people buy businesses, we help them buy the right business for the right reasons," the Newport Beach, Calif.-based advisor stated.
Eureka's business acquisition plan is a two-phase program. First step to evaluate personal and professional goals, skills and interests, and with that background, establish realistic acquisition criteria. "Final phase is a strategic action plan in which Eureka targets specific industries and businesses for acquisition, supported by market research which analyzes growth potential, profitability and competition. The plan also identifies potential financing and equity sources, as well as step-by-step suggestions for contacting the businesses leading to a successful negotiation and transaction," Perrone revealed.
"For those clients looking to change careers and life paths, without buying or starting a business, Eureka assists in isolating ideal career moves, setting career goals, company selection and personal marketing," continued Perrone.
"Eureka also works with business owners faced with a changing marketplace to explore international opportunities, find financing or equity partners, time the sale of their company, or exit planning to reduce their everyday involvement," he advised.
Prior to founding Eureka, Perrone was co-founder and vice chairman of The Geneva Companies, which from 1987 to 1990, initiated and closed the most merger and acquisition transactions in the United States.
"After all the excitement of the deal-making business, I decided that what's important to me is helping people discover what they were meant to do and help them accomplish it whether in their professional or business life. My partners at Eureka and I are dedicated to assisting men and women work through issues of change and growth to reach their personal and professional potential. Whether it's the displaced white collar executive, or the woman reentering the workforce, or the business owner seeking direction, we can help them discover their best life," Perrone concluded.
