ETPI Reports Appointment of Richard D. Gittin to Board of Directors.

Entertainment Technologies & Programs Inc. (OTCBB:ETPI), is pleased to announce the addition of Richard D. Gittin to its board of directors. Mr. Gittin will serve as a Class I director. Mr. Gittin has over 30 years experience in sales, marketing and information technology. ETPI's president and chief financial officer, George C. Woods, stated, "We are extremely pleased that Mr. Gittin has accepted our invitation to join our board of directors. He brings significant corporate experience and will be a great asset to us as we seek to expand our sales and marketing programs and information technology infrastructure."

Mr. Gittin currently serves as president of Gittin Consulting, which specializes in strategy development, strategic outsourcing and operations efficiency planning. Prior to Gittin Consulting, Mr. Gittin served as director of Information Technology for Union Carbide Corporation, where he developed a global information technology strategy and implemented a complete revision of the technology infrastructure. Prior to Union Carbide, Mr. Gittin served as the director of Information Technology for the United States General Accounting Office in Washington, D.C., managing director - Infrastructure Services for Continental Bank, N.A., director of Communications Systems, Motorola Incorporated, and vice president - Marketing, Centel Business Systems, among other information technology and sales and marketing positions for large public companies.
