ESPRE Solutions, Inc. Releases April Corporate Update Reporting Another Solid Revenue Month for 2006 and New Customer Rollouts Initiatives.

PLANO, Texas -- ESPRE Solutions, Inc., (Pink Sheets:EPRT) a Dallas-based media solutions and video technology company with a revolutionary and patented video compression technology, today released its April Corporate Update stating progress on several new customer initiatives and reporting another solid revenue month for this year.

Since the beginning of the year, ESPRE Solutions has released Corporate Update Announcements to provide the public, its shareholders, and partners with regular updates on the status of the company and its technology initiatives. As stated in both the February and March Updates, ESPRE has made huge strides with respect to completing new product initiatives including the release of a new Java-based Media Engine and a new API for ESPRE's multiparty video conferencing solution, eViewChat. And, during the first quarter, ESPRE announced several new customers for these new applications including LINQware, InTouch Media Group, ZCorum and MyE Networks.

In April, ESPRE continues to demonstrate significant support and demand for these new API solutions with the announcement of a major License Agreement for the online publishing and classifieds markets with Media Distribution Solutions, LLC (MDS), and, another License Agreement with an award-winning provider of On-Demand IP communications services, Pandora Networks.

"Thanks to a rise in broadband deployments, which have reached a penetration of approximately 68% of American households, TV-quality video applications are in high demand. ESPRE's patented video compression technology and new API solutions provide the highest quality video over the public Internet. Evidence of this can be seen with ESPRE's recently signed license agreements and the deployment of several new customer initiatives. And, as more and more people begin to deploy business models centered around online video, ESPRE will be a major contributor of video applications necessary to fuel these business solutions," states ESPRE Solutions' CEO, Pete Ianace.

MDS is a Dallas area based company that provides media distribution services for the online classifieds, blogging and entertainment industries. The terms of the License Agreement are that ESPRE will receive $2 Million for providing an exclusive license to ESPRE's technology for MDS' target markets. In addition, on a fee-basis, ESPRE Solutions will co-develop first-to-market applications for MDS and the resulting applications will be owned by MDS, with royalties paid to ESPRE. Furthermore, in the first year of the relationship, MDS has agreed to contract with ESPRE a minimum of $1 Million in R&D for applications relating to their markets.

Pandora Networks, which provides the Worksmart(TM) line of on-demand IP communication solutions, signed the license agreement with ESPRE to integrate ESPRE's 'best of breed' 8-way multipoint video conferencing solution, eViewChat, with Pandora's Worksmart(TM) On-Demand IP Communications(TM) solutions. In February 2006, Pandora's Worksmart software was named by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) as a finalist in the 21st Annual 2006 CODIE Awards in the Best Software category under the subcategory of "Best Communication or Collaboration Solution." Additionally, in January, Pandora Networks received Internet Telephony Magazine's "Product of the Year" Award for 2005. Worksmart(TM) is an IP Communications solution that gives small and medium-sized businesses control over their communications services including voice, video, messaging, and collaboration. Worksmart's low cost of ownership provides the most advanced communication service offering an all inclusive, integrated suite at a fixed monthly cost and 'on demand' self provisioning capabilities to one or many office locations.

MyE Networks, with which ESPRE announced a license agreement on February 16, 2006, is on track to offer multiple customized video applications over the next 60 days. These applications will be targeting both MyE Networks' monthly subscribers and business customers. MyE Networks' customers will be able to promote their products and service offerings to MyE Networks' millions of subscribers using ESPRE's video engine to deliver a TV-quality message. On April 28th, MyE Networks acquired the online and mobile video broadcast rights for all CHSAA (Colorado High School Activities Association)-controlled prep athletic activities. Through this partnership, state playoff and championship games (among other activities) which are under the purview of CHSAA, will be available online on a pay-per-view basis through a service provided by MyE Networks using ESPRE's video media engine. Regular season games, which are outside of CHSAA's control, are not included in this agreement. However, all Colorado schools will be able to provide video to CHSAA and air their games online if they choose.

Pete Ianace states, "ESPRE is pleased with the progress we are making and the recent license agreements we've signed over the past 90 days. April was the second consecutive month producing over $300,000 in revenue and, as reported in last months update, we are on track to generating positive cash flow during this quarter. ESPRE's technology will arm our partners with the best video quality and distribution solutions on the Internet today. There are a lot of people making noise in the market regarding video distribution and content deals, but very few are focused on the real issues including: network congestion, good quality video over lower-end PC processors, 'live' video, and delivering full screen TV-quality video. Everyone is jumping into the online video arena, but even the major portals lack the true quality necessary to make online video a viable alternative to television. ESPRE has made full screen TV-quality over the unmanaged, public Internet a reality. And, over the next few quarters, we expect to announce additional licensing agreements like the ones made over the past quarter."
