ESG represents law firm in lease at EAB Plaza.

In one of Long Island's largest leasing transactions this year, the Edward S. Gordon Company, Inc. (ESG) has negotiated a 94,000-square-foot commitment for the law firm Rivkin, Radler & Kreiner at EAB Plaza in Uniondale. Stephen B. Siegel, ESG'S president, made the announcement.

The transaction, which extend's Rivkin, Radler's lease at the building for 15 years, also represents a major commitment to Long Island. The largest law firm on the Island, Rivkin, Radler employs some 400 people and contributes nearly $400 million to the bi-county economy through salaries, taxes, rent and office requirements. The firm has occupied three floors of EAB Plaza since 1985.

ESG's Randy Kohana, managing director, David Levinson, executive managing director, and David Parisier, sales associate, negotiated the transaction on behalf of the tenant, which had retained ESG as exclusive agent a year ago to spearhead the search for appropriate space in the wake of continued growth.
