ESG represents NY Life in lease renewal in MN.

In a major lease renewal negotiated by the Edward S. Gordon Company, Inc., the New York Life Insurance Company has renewed its 23,225-square-foot lease at 8120 Penn Avenue South in the Southtown Office Park in Bloomington, Minnesota, announced Stephen B. Siegel, ESG's president.

The tenant, one of the nation's largest life insurers, will continue to house its customer service offices on the third floor of the 127,000-square-foot office building.

ESG's Gerald Friedman and Joel Wechsler, along with Chris Snyder of the Shelard Group in Minnesota, ESG's affiliate through ONCOR International, negotiated the six-year transaction on behalf of the tenant.
