ESG negotiates for Nestles.

Edward S. Gordon Company of New Jersey, Inc. has negotiated a lease for 15,000 square feet of space for Nestle USA Inc. in Fort Lee, it was announced by Thomas V. Bermingham, executive director of the full-service real estate firm.

Edward S. Gordon broker Randy Eigen and Managing Director David S. Sherman represented the landlord in the more than $3.5 million long-term lease. Lee Miller and Chuck Campagnet of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. The move is scheduled for August.

Nestle USA will use the space for its New York region sales office merging various sales groups from a number of subsidiaries. The building, Nine W Office Center, is located 2200 Fletcher Avenue near the George Washington Bridge and easily accessible to New York City, Westchester, Connecticut and many major New Jersey arteries including Routes 9W, 4, 46 and Interstates 80 and 95, the New Jersey Turnpike and Palisades Parkway.

Other tenants in the building include CNBC, Merrill Lynch and Prudential Bache Securities.
