ESG named at 717 Fifth Ave.

The Edward S. Gordon Company, Inc. (ESG) has been appointed exclusive leasing and managing agent for 717 Fifth Avenue, a 434,000-square-foot office building in the heart of Manhattan's Plaza District.

ESG's Mitchell E. Rudin, Glenn Isaacson and Alan Wildes will spearhead the building's office leasing eltort, while C. Bradley Mendelson will direct its retail leasing program. The building is located between 56th and 57th streets. Its tenant roster boasts names such as Merrill Lynch, Corning Glass, and the Prudential Insurance Company.
