ESG gets Westchester exclusives.

Michael H. Siegel, executive director of The Edward S. Gordon Company, Inc. (ESG) announced ESG has been appointed exclusive leasing agent and managing agent for three prime office buildings in Mount Kisco, New York.

The buildings, owned by The Travelers, are located at 90, 100 and 110 South Bedford Road, forming an executive park environment totalling 210,000 square feet of space. ESG is undertaking an aggressive leasing campaign to fill all availabilities, said John Picco, ESG's senior managing director who is heading up the new leasing and management team.

The properties are the home to many local and national businesses and boast a near 90 percent occupancy rate. The entire complex underwent a complete renovation and modernization in 1988, upgrading important mechanical, electric and HVAC systems along with the landscaping and facade.

Located in between Route 684 and the Saw Mill River Parkway, the complex of buildings overlooks Leonard Park and is located just five minutes from the Mount Kisco Train station.
