ESG brokers medical lease.

In a leasing transaction negotiated by the Edward S. Gordon Company, Inc. (ESG), Dr. Gary L. Ostrow has signed a lease for 7,900 square feet of space at 625 Madison Avenue, announced Stephen B. Siegel, ESG's president.

The tenant. who is relocating from offices on 115 East 61st Street, will use the space for his medical practice. The 16-story building is owned by The Related Companies.

ESG's Keith Ellis and S. Donald Friedman negotiated the 10-year transaction on behalf of the tenant.
