ESG brokers Manhattan subleases.

The Edward S. Gordon Company, Inc. (ESG) has brokered two subleases for more than 21,000 square feet of office space in Manhattan, announced the firm's President Edward S. Gordon.

In the largest of the two transactions, the accounting firm of Salibello & Broder signed a sublease for 15,500 square feet, the entire 27th floor, at 810 Seventh Avenue in Manhattan. The 10-year deal was brokered by ESG's Richard Karson, James Emden and Helene Saren, who represented Muscular Distrophy, the sublessor.

The second sublease was signed by Magera Management Corporation, a financial services firm, for 5,675 square feet of space on the 21st floor at 780 Third Avenue. The space was formerly occupied by the Travelers Insurance Company. ESG's William R. Hedman and Timothy Gibson represented the sublessor in the short-term deal.
