ESG brokers East Side leases

The Edward S. Gordon Company, Inc. (ESG) has brokered two leases for office space on Manhattan's East Side totalling nearly 24,000 square feet, announced Edwards S. Gordon, the firm's president.

Associated Telephone Design, Inc., a communications company, signed the largest of the two deals for 16,000 square feet on the 15th floor at 16 East 34th Street. The company subleased the space from Guilford MillS for a five-year term and will relocate from 141 West 36th Street. ESG's Keith Ellis represented the tenant in the transaction.

The law firm of Hunton & Williams signed the second lease for 7,834 square feet of space in the Pan Am Building, 200 Park Avenue. ESG's Robert B. Emden represented the tenant in the transaction.
